This website is operated by Shep Dental LLC (“Shep”, “we”). This notice covers shep.dental. Patient data handled by the Shep product is covered separately by the Business Associate Agreement we sign with each practice before connecting.

What we collect

When you fill in the pilot form, we receive your name, practice name, email address and practice management system. We don’t collect patient information through this website.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and arrange your walkthrough or pilot. We don’t sell or rent it, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Form submissions reach us by email through our form provider, Web3Forms. The website is hosted by Render.

Cookies

This website doesn’t set advertising or tracking cookies.
